Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Snayrah. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, but we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return, refund or cancel an item/s. This Policy does not cover damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application. Additionally, it excludes any adverse effects stemming from specific sensitivities to a product or ingredient. We strongly recommend conducting patch tests, as cautioned in each product, to ensure compatibility.

Returns:

  • Returns are only applicable to products acquired through the www.snayrah.com, products obtained from other sources are not eligible for return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the date of delivery and no refunds shall be made after this period.
  • Should your order be marked as delivered but not received within 3 days of the delivery status, please contact us. Refund requests will not be entertained beyond this stipulated period.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return with photos and videos.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and videos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to proceed basis the submission and Snayrah retains the authority to evaluate the circumstances and subsequently determine whether to approve or deny the refund for the product.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
  • Some items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products. We do not accept returns on these items unless they are defective or damaged.
  • If you observe any signs of tampering, damage, or defects on the package, we kindly request that you reject acceptance of the package directly from the delivery partner.

 

Refund:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. You can initiate refund from My Account as well.
  • Snayrah retains the authority to evaluate the circumstances and subsequently determine whether to approve or deny the refund for the product.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your banking provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
  • Snayrah will not be held responsible for any damages after the delivery of the products.
  • Please be aware that the refunded amount will not include the delivery charges. Unfortunately, delivery charges are deemed non-refundable by our delivery partners.
  • If an incorrect address (such as a wrong state) is provided during checkout, leading to an inaccurate GST breakup on the invoice, we will not be able to process the order due to tax implications. A refund will be issued, but a non-refundable charge of 2% of the order amount, plus 18% GST on that charge, will apply, as imposed by our payment partner.

 

Cancellation:

  • Orders cancelled before they are shipped may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the processing stage of the order. Please contact our customer service to inquire about cancellation charges.
  • Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please consider this before placing your order.
  • Our customer service team is available during regular business hours to assist you with any cancellation requests or inquiries.
  • Upon timely cancellation of your order, the entire amount will be refunded to your account. Please allow for a processing period of 8-9 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Your understanding and patience during this timeframe is appreciated.

Shipping:

  • Complimentary shipping is extended to orders surpassing a minimum value of INR 1500, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
  • For orders falling below this threshold, an extra charge of INR 99 will be applied during checkout.
  • For any ongoing or future promotions or coupon codes, if available, they will supersede the shipping rates mentioned above.
  • Our standard shipping option delivers your order within the estimated delivery timeframe specified during checkout. The delivery time may vary based on your location.
  • Following order placement, anticipate your package’s arrival at your doorstep within 5-7 business days.
  • We aim to deliver our products in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  • Orders involving personalized or custom items may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time for such orders will be communicated by the customer care team.
  • Snayrah will not be held responsible for any damages after the delivery of the products.
  • To address any claims related to shortages or damages, it is imperative to report them to our customer service on the day of delivery. Please note that shipping and handling rates may fluctuate based on product characteristics, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. These charges will be clearly presented at the checkout stage, ensuring transparency for customers before completing their payments.
