Each formulation is developed around its intended use, texture & sensorial experience with natural extracts & vegan actives. Our current skincare formulations are also Paraben & Sulphate Free.

Our products are manufactured in India. Manufacturer, batch and product information is provided on the packaging of each product.

Our formulations use vegan actives and our products are cruelty-free.

Yes. Build Your Gift Set allows you to choose two or three products from our current collection and select your preferred gift box colour.

Curated gift sets contain the product combination shown on their respective product pages. Every gift set includes gift-ready packaging and a complimentary writeable message card for your personal note.

Each product carries a Best Before date on its packaging. Please follow the storage and usage directions provided on the product and outer carton.

Our products are available through our official website and selected online marketplaces. We also participate in selected events and exhibitions in Bengaluru.Please follow our official social media pages for updates about upcoming offline events.

An account allows you to view your available order history, manage your billing and delivery addresses and update your account details.It can also make future checkouts quicker because your saved information is available through the My Account dashboard.

Yes. You can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account.During checkout, you may select the option to create an account. Your order will be processed normally whether you continue as a guest or create an account.

To request deletion of your account, contact us using the email address associated with your account. Certain transaction or order records may be retained where required for legal, accounting or operational purposes.

Yes. After logging in, you can update available account details, billing information and delivery addresses through the My Account dashboard.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been handed over to the delivery partner.

One website order can be delivered to one address. To send products to different addresses, place separate orders using the appropriate delivery address for each order. For larger or special multi-address requirements, contact us and we can assist offline.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify the products, cancel the order or change its delivery address or delivery service.If processing or dispatch has not begun, we may be able to assist. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation and delivery changes may no longer be possible.

Yes. Free shipping is available across India on orders placed through our website.Orders are normally dispatched within 48–72 hours. The delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and delivery partner. Delays may occasionally occur because of weekends, public holidays, courier conditions or locations outside standard service areas.

Once your order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox. If payment has been deducted but you have not received an order confirmation, contact us with the email address used for the order and the payment reference.

A new pump may occasionally require priming before the product begins to dispense. Follow the steps shown on our Pump Guide & Troubleshooting page.

If the pump still does not dispense after following the guide, contact us with your order number and a short video showing the issue.

If a Notify option appears on the product page, enter your email address to receive a restock update. Products marked Unavailable are not currently scheduled to return.

Delivery-date scheduling is not currently available through the website. We recommend placing the order in advance and allowing sufficient time for processing and delivery.

For bulk gifting or a special event requirement, contact us before placing the order. We can review the requirement, but an exact delivery date may depend on courier availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Return, exchange and refund requests are subject to eligibility requirements and reporting timelines.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before submitting a request. For products purchased through a marketplace or another sales channel, please follow the return process provided by that platform or seller.

Contact us immediately and provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging and any visible damage or missing items. Requests are reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes. We accept bulk-order enquiries for skincare products and gift sets. Visit our Bulk Orders page and share the required quantity, delivery locations and any relevant gifting requirements.

We currently deliver within India and do not offer international shipping through the website.
