Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Snayrah. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, but we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return, refund or cancel an item/s. This Policy does not cover issues arising from neglect, improper use, incorrect application, improper storage, use after expiry or use despite a known sensitivity to a listed ingredient. Customers should review the ingredients, directions and warnings provided with each product and conduct a patch test before first use.

Returns:

  • This Policy applies only to products purchased directly through snayrah.com, products purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, an authorised reseller or another sales channel will be governed by the applicable return and refund policy of that platform or seller.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery update so that the matter can be raised with the delivery partner.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return with photos and videos.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product, outer packaging and shipping label. We will review the information provided and communicate the available resolution.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
  • Some items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products. We do not accept returns on these items unless they are defective or damaged.
  • If the outer package shows visible signs of tampering at the time of delivery, please reject the package where reasonably possible and contact us within 24 hours with the relevant order details and supporting photographs or videos.

 

Refund:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product, outer packaging and shipping label. You may also submit the request through My Account.
  • Snayrah retains the authority to evaluate the circumstances and subsequently determine whether to approve or deny the refund for the product.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your banking provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
  • Snayrah shall not be responsible for damage occurring after successful delivery due to improper handling, storage, opening, alteration or use by the customer or any third party. This does not affect claims relating to transit damage, shortages, defects or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Where a shipping or delivery charge has been paid for an order, that charge is non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error by SNAYRAH or the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect. Delivery charges are deemed non-refundable by our delivery partners.
  • If incorrect billing or delivery address information provided by the customer, including an incorrect state, results in an inaccurate tax calculation and the order must be cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be reduced by the actual non-refundable payment-processing charges and applicable taxes retained by the payment gateway.

 

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order has been dispatched. We will make reasonable efforts to process the request, although cancellation cannot be guaranteed once packing or order processing has been completed.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Where a cancellation is accepted before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method, except where a separate deduction is expressly stated in this Policy because of incorrect billing, tax or delivery information supplied by the customer.
  • Refunds will generally be initiated within 8–9 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

  • This Policy may be updated periodically. Customers should review the current version available on the website before placing an order.

 

Shipping:

  • Free shipping is available on all orders placed through snayrah.com.
  • For any ongoing or future promotions or coupon codes, if available, they will supersede the shipping rates mentioned above.
  • Our standard shipping option delivers your order within the estimated delivery timeframe specified during checkout. The delivery time may vary based on your location.
  • Following order placement, anticipate your package’s arrival at your doorstep within 5-7 business days.
  • We aim to deliver our products in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  • Orders involving personalised or custom items may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time for such orders will be communicated by the customer care team.
